Dear Friends of The Tappahannock Regional Free Clinic,
When a member of our community is ill or injured, and has no ability to pay for services, where do they turn? If they are like most, they go to the Tappahannock Regional Free Clinic.
Because for the past ten years, the Tappahannock Regional Free Clinic has provided those in need with topnotch medical care. Patients know that they will be treated like a real person, by dedicated compassionate, volunteer health professionals in a warm, caring environment.
In celebration of the Tappahannock Regional Free Clinics tenth Anniversary, we ask for your financial support to help the Tappahannock Regional Free Clinic remain the leading free health care provider that it is. We are so grateful to you for helping to create and support our committed team of volunteer caregivers who have provided over nine-thousand volunteer hours resulting in over 2500 patient visits and over 4.5 million dollars worth of free services thus far in 2015.
You are helping our seventy-six volunteers touch the lives of thousands—whether patients are facing an urgent crisis, a devastating disease, or seeking to improve their quality of life.
The Tappahannock Regional Free Clinic celebrates ten years of serving those in need providing hope, healing and recovery.
Your end-of-the-year holiday gift is extremely important, because it offers immediate resources that are directed to patient needs and wellness opportunities at the Free Clinic. Moreover, these gifts will also assist us in addressing the critical need to expand services. Over the past four years we have experienced, on average, twenty-five to forty new patients per month, leaving our two paid staff members scrambling to meet the heavy demands of accountability and patient care. As we reflect over our past ten years of success, we are ever mindful of the need to update our facility, implement dental and mental health services, hire additional staff, and to make certain that all of those seeking care are provided for. None of this is possible without you!
Our volunteer doctors, nurses, patient screeners, office staff—everyone who works to serve those less fortunate—thank you for your generous partnership and support. Your donation is helping to make our community healthier, right here, right now.
